Natural Retreats is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Park City, UT.
Pay
$21 - $24/hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform diversified duties to troubleshoot and maintain core home systems (HVAC, pool service, lock installation, septic systems, plumbing, electric, radiant heating, mechanics, etc.)
- Basic repairs to interior and exterior aesthetics (painting, drywall repair, basic construction)
- Move equipment, appliances, furniture, etc.
- Service hot tubs
- Remove items from homes for disposal
- Maintain lawns, walkways, and driveways
- Perform snow and leaf removal
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments
- Pick up trash
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on homes
- Handle a variety of plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry tasks
- Assist housekeeping when needed
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform scheduled maintenance
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
- Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas
- Conduct general maintenance/arrival audits prior to owner or guest arrivals
- Perform general maintenance/departure audits upon owner or guest departure
- Maintain detailed records of service performed in all units
- Communicate completion and progress of assigned work orders
- Perform maintenance tasks including audio/visual, electrical, basic plumbing, mechanics, and appliance repair
- Participate in snow and ice removal around managed properties and the office
- Track and maintain assigned tool inventory
- Monitor, track, and report credit card and purchase account usage
- Record billable items and hours for guests and/or owners
- Share emergency on-call phone responsibilities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in hospitality, property management, and/or management
- 2+ years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, mechanics, and appliance repair, including HVAC systems, radiant heating systems, and boiler systems
- Working knowledge of audio/visual, electrical, plumbing, mechanics, and appliance repair
- Proficiency with cell phones and basic computer skills
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and be active up to 85% of the work day
- Ability to shovel snow
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, night shifts during peak periods (November–April), and on-call duties
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record and 3+ years of driving experience (will drive a company vehicle)
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing (5-panel non-THC) and background screening
