Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are now seeking a Service Technician with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to join our team. This full-time role involves ensuring that the physical aspects of our apartment community meet both company standards and applicable laws. You will be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates

Requirements

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Qualifications

• Must be available and prepared for emergency events
• Schedule subject to change based on business needs

Pay

• Base Pay: $23.00 – $26.00
• Up to 50% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions

• Monday – Friday
• Paid rotating on-call participation required
