Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Full‑Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our buildings, equipment, and community spaces while delivering outstanding service to residents and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and minor improvements including drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and complete basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs throughout the community.
• Respond to maintenance requests, community alarms, emergency calls, and building emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and support the upkeep of community facilities and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents while following all safety procedures and emergency protocols.

About You

• Minimum of one year of experience in carpentry, building maintenance, general repair, or a related field.
• Experience using hand tools, shop equipment, ladders, and basic maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification upon hire or within 90 days of hire; CPO certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of general electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Pay

$27.00 – $35.00 per hour DOE.
