Duties & Responsibilities
- Portfolio & Property Manager Collaboration
- Maintenance Work Orders
- Building Envelope (Preventative Maintenance)
- On Call Rotation
Requirements
- Knowledge of residential building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Natural leadership and excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Solid understanding of building maintenance, repairs, refurbishments and cleaning
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in property maintenance or related work
- HVAC, CMRP, or equivalent certification advantageous
- Education or training in any construction related activity plus
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Available for after hours and weekend work when required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Comprehensive maintenance knowledge and ability to problem solve
- Ability to drive Millan Enterprise vehicles (Driver License required)
Working Environment
- Exposure to rain, snow, and extreme heat or cold
- Lifting items up to 75lbs, climbing ladders, and operating machinery for long lengths of time
