MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
About the role
MFM Building Products Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The position is available for 2nd Shift (3:00 pm-11:00 pm) and 3rd Shift (11:00 pm-7:00 am).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience in a similar position (maintenance, machine repair, automotive repair, electrical background, welding)
- Valid drivers license
- Experience working in a production/manufacturing facility
- Knowledge of industrial and mechanical equipment
- Basic knowledge and experience working with PLC control systems, electrical, automation controls, and mechanical diagnostics
- Able to work in a team setting
- Able to exert moderate physical effort, occasionally involves lifting, carrying, and pushing objects
- General knowledge and ability to operate tow motors, scissor lift, drills, grinders, etc.
- Perform normal/typical industrial maintenance tasks
- Awareness and adherence to all company safety policies
