Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
• Perform on-call emergency service as required (on-call bonuses)
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
• Aid in keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience replacing AC units, repairing appliances, plumbing, electrical and more. They should also have a minimum of 1-2 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns, and preferably hold an EPA Universal or Type II certification. Essential skills include moderate to advanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance knowledge, along with an energetic, responsible, and organized approach.

A true team-player mentality is of utmost importance. No specific educational qualifications are required, but candidates should demonstrate a strong aptitude for problem-solving and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
