Maintenance Technician

We are excited to announce a new opportunity at Cambrian Apartments due to a recent promotion. Maxx Properties is looking for our next Maintenance Technician to join our team in Aurora for an immediate and full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market-ready condition
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
• Perform on-call emergency service as required
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
• Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs, and general maintenance skills
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is REQUIRED
• Energetic, responsible, and organized
• A true team-player mentality
