Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market-ready condition
• Respond to resident service requests (e.g., light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
• Perform on-call emergency service as required
• Aid the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects
• Aid in keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
• Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance skills
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is required
