Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair work, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and other facility systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend system longevity.
- Maintain knowledge of building systems, equipment, and applicable building codes and regulations.
- Utilize basic computer systems (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, or similar platforms) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and communicate updates.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly while prioritizing resident safety and comfort.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety procedures, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of general maintenance experience required, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, or related trades.
- HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience strongly preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet-based systems.
- Strong knowledge of building equipment, building systems, and applicable building codes.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.

Pay
Hourly range: $20.00 – $27.00/hr (based on experience and incentives). All-inclusive daily pay available.

Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
