- Manage coatings projects from conception to completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Oversee the quality control process to ensure all projects meet industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and production
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in coatings management
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Understanding of coating materials and processes
