Responsibilities

• Conducting routine inspections of facilities and equipment
• Performing prescribed preventative maintenance for facilities and equipment
• Performing basic repairs of facilities and equipment as necessary
• Coordinating contractors when repairs are beyond the capabilities of in-house service
• Being an onsite liaison for large projects on an as-needed basis
• Other duties as assigned by the Facilities and Equipment Manager

Requirements

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing background
• Valid drivers license
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced, highly capable Maintenance Technician to join our growing Facilities & Equipment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections of facilities and equipment, performing prescribed preventative maintenance, performing basic repairs, coordinating contractors, and being an onsite liaison for large projects. Primarily a shop/indoor environment with occasional outdoor work as necessary.

Pay range = (wages + bonus)
Comprehensive full-time benefits package averaging $20,000+ per year (amount varies based on age, family size, and eligibility), including:
