Responsibilities

• Conducting routine inspections of facilities and equipment
• Performing prescribed preventative maintenance for facilities and equipment
• Performing basic repairs of facilities and equipment as necessary
• Coordinating contractors when repairs are beyond the capabilities of in-house service
• Being an onsite liaison for large projects on an as-needed basis
• Other duties as assigned by the Facilities and Equipment Manager

Requirements

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing background
• Valid drivers licence
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Project management abilities

Skills

• Problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in standard maintenance processes and inspection processes
• Handyman skills

Pay

• Annual Range: $60,000 - $75,000 USD
