Maintenance Technician

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on LV’s properties and related structures.
• Aid in preparing vacant apartments to market-ready condition as needed.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner and provide detailed notes.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Perform snow removal including outside of regular business hours as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas.
• Erects, removes, repairs, and maintains signage throughout the property.
• Maintain equipment and tools used in performance of duties.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude by providing exceptional customer service.
• Assists other departments as needed, holds place in on-call schedule and shares availability for emergency situations.
• Performs all other related duties as requested or assigned.
