Maintenance Technician

About the role

Handle service requests, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Keep our vibrant community running smoothly and looking its best
• Tackle daily repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and more
• Turn apartments quickly and beautifully for new residents
• Knock out work orders with speed, skill, and great customer service
• Maintain curb appeal and support seasonal grounds care
• Jump into action during rotational on-call hours to handle urgent needs
• Efficiently manage, log, and track maintenance requests using designated work order systems
• Cultivate positive relationships with both vendors and residents to facilitate smooth operations and resident satisfaction

Pay

$22.00 to $25.00 hourly with bonus opportunities

Schedule

Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM plus overtime
