Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance services across multiple campuses.
- Available 24/7 for emergency response.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance.
- Strong customer service skills with a compassionate approach towards elderly residents.
- Experience in senior living or assisted living environments is a plus.
- Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with NFPA, OSHA codes and safety regulations.
- Able to read blueprints, schematics, and technical sheets/manuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to speak and write in English.
- Flexible and adaptable work schedule.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
