Maintenance Technician at Loreto & Palacio

About the role

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians in the Las Vegas area to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in all work required for the operation of an apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Overall maintenance of the community and grounds area
• Turnover work in vacant units (painting, maintenance, etc.)
• Completing work requests in a timely manner
• Maintaining curb appeal at its highest level and upkeep of common areas

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in property management maintenance
• Skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, tile and carpet installation and repair, door repair, appliance repair, locks, concrete, masonry, roofing, fencing, custodial items, carpentry, and landscaping
• Ability to respond to emergency calls, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Pre-employment background and drug testing required
• Current pool certification is helpful but not required

Pay

Competitive pay: $17.00–$23.00/hour, depending on experience.
