We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at LifeSpire. This role impacts lives and builds careers!
Responsibilities
- Performing all aspects of maintenance in and around the community.
- Ensuring repair work orders are processed and completed timely.
- Providing assistance to outside vendors as necessary.
- Ensuring all preventative maintenance works are completed in a timely manner and that all materials and tools are adequately stocked and properly stored.
- Assisting with resident moves.
- Providing emergency or out-of-business hours maintenance as needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in maintenance trade or equivalent vocational training.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience diagnosing maintenance needs including complex problems.
