What Drives Success

  • Perform general preventative maintenance and simple repairs on manufacturing machines and mechanical equipment.
  • Performs maintenance service and repairs.
  • Repairs or replaces defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.
  • Diagnostics mechanical problems and determines how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
  • Inspects drives, motors, and belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, or performs other maintenance actions, following checklists.
  • Inspects, operates, and tests machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires 1-3 years related experience.
  • May require technical diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings or other structures.
  • Strong knowledge of design techniques, tools, blueprints, drawings, and models.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Must be able move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

What We Offer

  • Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for employees in this role and market is between $31.90 – $35.00. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
