About the role

Translate the company vision, mission, and strategies into functional activities within the Maintenance area. Under limited supervision, perform scheduled and non-scheduled repair of equipment, systems, and the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair physical plant and equipment problems
  • Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and the physical plant
  • Design and build new equipment or modify existing equipment, including providing quotes, drawing plans, schematics, and other documentation
  • Supply necessary data for department information system, including labor, inventory usage, and repair procedures
  • Operate power equipment as needed to perform maintenance duties
  • Perform or assist in machine set-up
  • Store and maintain department tools, supplies, equipment, parts inventory, and manuals in a clean, safe, well-organized manner
  • Assist with the installation of new equipment and the development of appropriate set-up and repair procedures
  • Provide technical information for the purchase of materials/parts for facility and equipment maintenance
  • Perform mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair
  • Comply with NFPA 70e Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace (certification through audit required)
  • Comply with Koozie Group's EHS policy
  • Work with ISO 9000 and 14001 procedures
  • Stand for long periods, move about the plant, bend, twist, grasp, and perform repetitive motion tasks; lift up to 45 lbs occasionally to frequently
  • Take call and respond to call-in needs as scheduled; work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as necessary
  • Perform duties in a safe manner using approved safety equipment and observing safe procedures
  • Maintain effective working relationships with fellow associates
  • Support teamwork through active participation
  • Perform reasonably similar or related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting
  • One year of bindery or print equipment experience
  • Ability to train on 1st shift for the first few months

Pay

$22.00 and up

Schedule

4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
