Maintenance Technician

About the role

2nd and 3rd shift openings in a union facility. Maintenance technicians will maintain the building, grounds, and all associated equipment to comply with all laws, policies, and standards governing food safety. Maintenance techs are obligated to report and repair any and all food safety issues that may occur.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install new or existing equipment
• Perform building maintenance
• Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary working area
• Record all appropriate data where and when necessary (e.g., times, dates, work details performed on product contact zones)
• Complete all necessary trainings
• Communicate with others (e.g., operators, utility personnel, supervisors, transportation, administration)
