Maintenance Technician
Job Details
- Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment across:
- Processing
- Packaging
- Warehouse systems
- Plant utilities
- Fillers
- Case packers
- Palletizers
- Conveyors
- Boilers
- Air compressors
- Ammonia refrigeration
- Wastewater systems
- Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs
- Follow GMP, food safety, and housekeeping standards
- Support building maintenance as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Electrical: Ability to read electrical schematics 480V 3-phase troubleshooting and wiring Low-voltage controls VFDs and servo systems
- Mechanical: Welding (MIG, TIG, Arc) Pumps, valves, gearboxes Pneumatic and hydraulic systems Mill and lathe experience preferred
- Controls: Allen Bradley PLC experience: SLC 500 PLC 5 Logix 5000
- Additional: CMMS experience preferred
- Food or dairy manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work active shifts

- Location: Garland, TX
- Shifts Available: 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift
- Starting Pay: $35+/hr + shift premiums
