Job Summary

Innovative Labor and Cleaning Service is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to assist the complex manager with various tasks within the apartment complex.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Handle minor plumbing issues - Perform minor electrical repairs - Manage HVAC maintenance

Qualifications and Skills

- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical work - Ability to perform necessary tasks without certification - Experience assisting with maintenance issues

Qualifications

- Full-time position - Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm
