What We’re Looking For INH Properties is seeking a full-time, mid-level experienced Maintenance Technician that will take pride in making our Milaca apartment community a great place to live! Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to) When joining our team, you will play an important role by owning the following tasks: Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requestsMiscellaneous MaintenanceGrounds upkeep and snow removalJanitorial to keep our community looking impeccableResponding to work orders in a timely mannerWork as a team to ensure apartments are ready for all move-ins and maintain our communities to the highest standardCleaning/Maintaining common areasInterior paintingFoster positive resident relationships through responsive communication, service, and supportAll other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents Requirements Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate): A high school diploma or equivalentA valid Driver's LicenseTime Management skillsAbility to work independently and in a team settingDry walling including painting and carpentryWorking knowledge of light plumbing and electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures Preferred But Not Required Experience in multi-family housingBoilers knowledge is strongly preferredBoilers License or a willingness to get oneHVAC certification strongly preferredCPO Certified or willingness to get certifiedChiller knowledge Working Conditions HourlyFull TimeOn-Call (as needed) Benefits & Perks Our full-time employees are eligible for these benefits and perks: Medical, dental, and vision insurance including HSA and/or FSAVoluntary Life, AD&D, and Short-Term Disability insurance availableCompetitive PTOPaid Holidays401k Match Why INH Properties?
