About the role
Our Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through regular maintenance tasks, emergency repairs, and preventative measures. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Respond to and resolve equipment malfunctions and emergencies promptly.
- Document all maintenance activities and submit reports as required.
- Participate in facility inspections and make recommendations for improvements.
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for maintenance and repair.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a maintenance or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using common tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
Skills
- Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Experience with industrial machinery.

Pay
The salary for this position is $18.00 per hour.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
