About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of all company facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on company equipment and facilities.
- Respond to emergency repair calls and perform necessary repairs within established timeframes.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and submit reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using common tools and equipment used in maintenance work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Knowledge of building systems and utilities.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay

Schedule
