About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of all company facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all company facilities.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience in maintenance or construction.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
