Maintenance Technician
Housing Visions is seeking a Full Time benefit eligible Maintenance Technician at one of our Syracuse offices. The position is Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am, with rotating on-call evenings and weekends. Salary range is $21-$24/hr, DOE. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing a wide variety of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general building maintenance and repair functions related to the care and maintenance of Housing Visions residential units.
- Occasional night and weekend hours.
- Taking on call hours on rotation.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role requires:
- Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm
- Friday 7:00am-11:00am
