Housing Visions is seeking a Full Time benefit eligible Maintenance Technician at their Utica office located at 1229 Kemble St. The position is Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am, with rotating on-call evenings and weekends. Salary range is $21-$24/hr, DOE. A sign-on bonus of $2,500.00 is offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general building maintenance and repair functions related to the care and maintenance of Housing Visions residential units.
• Occasional night and weekend hours.
• Take on call hours on rotation.

Skills

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general building maintenance and repair skills.
