Land Planner
Responsible for planning and managing land development projects to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards. Duties include site analysis, zoning review, permitting coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Conducts site analyses and prepares detailed site plans
- Reviews and coordinates permits with local authorities
- Communicates project progress and issues to stakeholders
- Ensures compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land development
- Proficiency in GIS software and land surveying tools
