Land Planner

Responsible for planning and managing land development projects to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards. Duties include site analysis, zoning review, permitting coordination, and stakeholder communication.

  • Conducts site analyses and prepares detailed site plans

  • Communicates project progress and issues to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land development
  • Proficiency in GIS software and land surveying tools
