Maintenance Technician

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro: "It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing! We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business." That's about the company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections apply. We have: - About the role: we have description of role: "The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the proper inspection, service, repair, and maintenance of essential and non-essential building components ..." That's role description. So we can put About the role with that paragraph. - Responsibilities: we have "ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following." Then a long list of duties. So we need a Responsibilities section with
  • items. - Requirements: we have "Must possess and have on hand miscellaneous hand tools needed to complete minor maintenance repairs", "Must provide a clean and safe work environment", "Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License", "Must be able to communicate and work with third party vendors", etc. Also "Regular and consistent attendance is required", "Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests." Also physical demands: lift 50 lbs, work indoor/outdoor, operate golf cart/company vehicle. Also "Must comply with all company policies and procedures." Those could be requirements. Also "Supervisory Responsibilities None" maybe not needed. - Qualifications: Education and Experience: "High School Diploma or equivalent Should have some vocational courses as related to the position". Also language skills, mathematical skills, reasoning ability. Those could be qualifications. - Skills: maybe we can separate skills like tool use, mechanical operations, repair procedures, communication, basic math, troubleshooting, judgment. But we could combine into Qualifications or Skills. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications, skills, physical demands). Pay: we have Pay Range: $19.00–$25.00 per hour. Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors. That's specific pay info, so we should include Pay section. - Benefits: not mentioned. So we should not include Benefits. - Schedule: not mentioned specifically (no mention of full-time/part-time, hours). So we should not include Schedule. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. The job title is Maintenance Technician; we should not put that as heading. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can group them. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's none obvious. We need to format as HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

    Pay

Pay Range: $19.00–$25.00 per hour. Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

We need to ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". We didn't. Check for duplication: We included "Must possess and have on hand miscellaneous hand tools needed to complete minor maintenance repairs" as a responsibility; also we have "Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License" etc. Good. We included "Regular and consistent attendance is required" as responsibility; also we have "Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests." Good. We included "Must comply with all company policies and procedures." as responsibility. We included "Supervisory Responsibilities None" - we omitted because it's not substantive? It's a statement but maybe we could include as a responsibility? It's not a duty; it's a note. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. "Supervisory Responsibilities None" is substantive? It's a statement that there are no supervisory responsibilities. Could be included but maybe not needed. However we might include it under Responsibilities as a bullet: "No supervisory responsibilities." But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding a bullet for that is fine. But we already have many bullets; adding one more is okay. However we need to decide if we want to keep it. The posting says "Supervisory Responsibilities None". It's a line. We should preserve it. So we can add a bullet: "No supervisory responsibilities." Let's add that. Also we have "EDUCATION And EXPERIENCE" heading; we captured that in Requirements. We have "Language Skills", "Mathematical Skills", "REASONING ABILITY". We captured those. We have "PHYSICAL DEMANDS" and "WORK ENVIRONMENT". We captured those. We have "Regular and consistent attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of this position." Already in responsibilities. We have "Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests." Already. We have "Must comply with all company policies and procedures." Already. We have "Must possess and have on hand miscellaneous hand tools needed to complete minor maintenance repairs" Already. We have "Must provide a clean and safe work environment during and after final completion of work" Already. We have "Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License" Already. We have "Must be able to communicate and work with third party vendors, as well as, possibly contact the appropriate vendor(s) in the event of an emergency" Already. We have the long list of duties. We have "Pay Range: $19.00–$25.00 per hour. Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors." Already. We have location: "1525 Hwy 107 South Cashiers, NC 28717". That's address. Should we include that? It's substantive. Where to put? Could be in About the role paragraph or a separate section like "Location". But we only have allowed headings list; we could incorporate into About the role as part of description. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies those are examples; we could use other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. We can include location in About the role paragraph. Thus we add location to About the role: after the company statement, maybe: "Located at 1525 Hwy 107 South, Cashiers, NC 28717." Let's incorporate. Now check for any duplicated lines: We have "Must possess and have on hand miscellaneous hand tools needed to complete minor maintenance repairs" appears only once. Good. Check for any boilerplate:
