Description HallKeen Management has an opening for a Maintenance Technician position to assist in maintenance duties of 179 apartments at Palmetto Park Apartments in Clearwater, FL.
Responsibilities
- Daily trash removal
- General maintenance repairs
- Cleaning
- Painting and turning over apartments
- Plumbing
- Maintenance and repairs of minor electrical systems
- Maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems
- On-call responsibilities will be required
Requirements
- Experience and skills in building maintenance
- Licensed HVAC technician
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
