About the Role
This is a hands-on, multi-craft maintenance position supporting a highly automated dairy facility. The role focuses on ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operation of production, packaging, and utility systems across a 24/7 operation. The position offers consistent hours, a strong team culture, and the chance to work with advanced automation, robotics, and pasteurization systems. Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation of production, packaging, and utility systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain and troubleshoot pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurizers
- Work with instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary process systems
- Read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and electrical drawings
- Support ammonia refrigeration, boilers, and wastewater systems as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food/beverage preferred)
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, and automated packaging equipment
- Experience maintaining pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurizers
- Familiarity with instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary process systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and electrical drawings
- Experience with ammonia refrigeration, boilers, and wastewater systems a plus
- Commitment to food safety, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement
- Safety-conscious mindset with ability to work independently
