About the role
Glen-Gery, one of the nation’s leading brick manufacturers, seeks a Maintenance Technician to join their team at the Cheswick, PA plant.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment
- Use mechanical, welding, and fabrication skills
- Read blueprints and perform basic carpentry
- Perform maintenance on a wide variety of heavy industrial equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
Qualifications
- Preferred degree from a Technical School or University, or equivalent work experience of 2+ years in an industrial environment
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and welding
