About the role

Maintenance Technician Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for their Hamilton Place and Orchard Park apartment communities in Millbrook and Hayneville, AL.

Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair, and improve apartment communities.
• Work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.

Requirements

• Two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification and working experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license are required.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
