About the role
Maintenance Technician Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for their Cherry Ridge Independent and Dugan Senior Village apartment communities in Birmingham and Pratt City, AL.
Responsibilities
- Perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities.
- Work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
Requirements
- Two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification and working experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license are required.
Skills
- Verifiable maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification (preferred).
- Time management skills.
- Driver's license.
