About the role

Maintenance Technician Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for their Glencoe Trace and Tranquility at Griffin apartment communities located in Griffin, GA.

This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.

Requirements

• Two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience
• HVAC certification and working experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently
• Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license is required
