Maintenance Technician Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for their Peaks of Dawson apartment community in Dawsonville, GA.

Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities.
• Work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.

Requirements

• Two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification and working experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
• Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license are required.
