Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and facilities.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs involving drywall, painting, doors, locks, and fixtures.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
- Assemble, install, move, and repair office furniture, workstations, and equipment.
- Support office relocations, space reconfigurations, and workstation setups.
- Monitor facility conditions and identify maintenance needs before they become larger issues.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure facilities are clean, functional, safe, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work.
- Coordinate and oversee external contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Assist with HVAC monitoring and coordinate specialized repairs as needed.
- Support facility projects, renovations, and office improvement initiatives.
- Conduct safety inspections and help ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements.
- Assist with emergency preparedness, business continuity, and after-hours facility support when required.
- Support grounds maintenance and seasonal facility needs.
- Assist with receiving, transporting, and setting up equipment and supplies.
- Participate in budget tracking and procurement of maintenance-related materials and services.
- Provide general support for facility-related administrative tasks and special projects.
- Support maintenance tasks for company fleet.
- Support setup for company events.
- Support warehouse tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, handyman services, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of basic painting, drywall, and general building maintenance.
- Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.
- Basic computer skills for work order management, email, and recordkeeping.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a commercial office or corporate environment.
- OSHA safety training or other safety-related certifications.
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Experience supporting office moves, furniture installations, and workspace reconfigurations.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
- Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions when required.
- Ability to respond to facility emergencies outside normal working hours, as needed.
- Frequent movement throughout office, warehouse, and building environments.
- Visual and manual dexterity sufficient to inspect, repair, and maintain building systems and equipment.
