The Role
Fogelman is seeking a Certified Maintenance Technician for St. Andrews Apartments, located in the Johns Creek area. This position offers competitive compensation, an on-call stipend, and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance service requests and repairs as assigned.
- Ensure all make-ready units are completed.
- Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
- Supply personal tools and maintain work area cleanliness.
- Assist in preventive maintenance projects.
- Escalate unresolved service issues to the Service Director.
- Participate in "on call" rotation and respond to emergency calls.
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and colleagues.
- Operate within company safety policies.
- Occasionally work weekends.
Qualifications
- Three years of experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
- HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
- Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair.
- Proficient in computer use and online applications.
- Working knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred.
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required, depending on the property.
