Duties
- Affixes under the direction and guidance of the Maintenance Director, the maintenance technician performs routine maintenance duties and other related tasks when assigned.
- Assists the Maintenance Director with completion of service requests, make ready, pool and grounds care, and preventive maintenance.
- Performs On Call after hours service on a scheduled rotation, handles emergency service requests and works a full Saturday scheduled rotation with the other service team members.
- Aids in maintaining up-to-date parts, tools and equipment inventories, maintenance logs and records, employee schedules, warranty lists, etc.
- Maintains positive resident relations by responding to requests in a friendly, professional manner and within the designated time frame.
- Maintains a strong emphasis on customer service and helps instill this value in co-workers.
- Maintains a safe work environment at all times and performs duties following all Federal, State and Flournoy safety policies and procedures.
- Assists the Maintenance Director in other duties as assigned or directed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (applies to Certified Service Technicians).
- Must have all certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions (applies to all Service Technicians).
- A current valid driver's license is required.

Pay
- Sign-On Bonus - $1000 after Orientation period.
