Responsibilities
- Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Aid with apartment turns to prepare homes for new residents
- Perform general maintenance including light electrical, plumbing, painting, and repairs
- Conduct daily property walks and assist with community upkeep
- Work closely with the maintenance supervisor to prioritize tasks and meet daily goals
- Ensure a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and customer service throughout the community
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete general maintenance tasks
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and detail oriented
Qualifications
- Experience with HVAC work preferred
