Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician supports the Property Management team in ensuring the quality and safety of residential and commercial units managed by Fello Communities. This role installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains facilities and equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of routine maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Maintains safe, high-quality spaces for residents and businesses.
• Works closely with residents, vendors, and other Fello team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least four years of experience in facility maintenance and/or property management.
• A valid Maryland Driver’s License with no more than two points and a satisfactory driving record.
• Lives within 15 miles of one of Fello’s Anne Arundel County offices.

• Broad understanding of building systems.
