About the role
F&F Realty Partners LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team at Glen Oaks Commons, a 500-unit apartment community in Desplaines, IL.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on facilities and equipment.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all systems within the community.
- Build positive relationships with both team members and residents.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of related maintenance experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPO certification and Universal EPA.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Flexible schedule required.
