About the role
F&F Realty is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for their apartment community in Lombard, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community.
- Ensures all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
- Assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors. Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, dry wall repairs and snow removal.
Requirements

- Reliable transportation & live within 30 minutes of the property for on-call
- Have current HVAC certification or willingness to get
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Experience in performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, dry wall repairs and snow removal.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
