Maintenance Technician

About the Role

The Evergreen Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide general maintenance for the interior and exterior of buildings and grounds. This role includes maintaining the maintenance facility, handling on-call responsibilities, and performing snow plowing/ice control on a rotating basis after normal working hours.

$2,000 sign-on bonus. Company truck and cell phone provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance for interior and exterior of buildings and grounds
• Maintain the maintenance facility in an organized and safe manner
• Handle on-call responsibilities
• Perform snow plowing and ice control after normal working hours on a rotating basis

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of interior and exterior facility maintenance, minor construction, and custodial procedures
• Experience in repair of electrical, plumbing, heating systems, painting, tile, and carpentry
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass an extensive background check
• Travel required (company truck provided)
