Maintenance Technician

About the role

Envolve Community Management Company owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are searching for a Maintenance Technician to work at Riverview Apartments in Dublin, GA.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, applying specialized skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, and basic carpentry.
• Handle any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to ensure proper documentation of maintenance equipment operations.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Three or more years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• REAC inspection experience is preferred.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
• Must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Possess your own tools.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Background screening and drug test required.
