Maintenance Technician

About the role

Envalior is seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our diverse range of production equipment across mechanical, electrical, and fabrication disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment
• Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and implement corrective actions promptly
• Perform welding (MIG/TIG), metal fabrication, and machining as required
• Work with PLCs, electrical control systems, and instrumentation for diagnostics and repairs
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications & Experience

• Ace in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance with an Associate degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in multi-craft industrial maintenance
• Proficient in welding, electrical systems up to 480V, mechanical repairs, and fabrication
• Experience with PLCs, blueprints, and CMMS (preferably SAP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
