Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
• Maintain records of repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with your team to respond promptly to work orders.
• Maintain a proactive approach to upkeep.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic, or 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, ability to independently troubleshoot and perform daily repairs, knowledge of trade and/or technical school training.
• Qualifications: Valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less, operable vehicle, proof of insurance, flexibility to participate in the on-call rotation.
