What's your day like?

• Conducting routine inspections
• Tracing issues and performing preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Maintaining safety and quality standards
• Collaborating with team members and communicating with staff to address maintenance requests

What matters most

• A strong foundation from a trade or technical school is beneficial, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic, or a minimum of 3 years of direct work experience.
• An adequate set of tools is essential for performing daily job tasks.
• The ability to independently troubleshoot and perform daily repairs to maintain and upkeep company facilities.
• Strong communication skills are necessary to address maintenance related work orders efficiently.
• A valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less is required, as well as an operable vehicle and proof of insurance.
• You must be able to work on a call rotation to respond to urgent maintenance needs as they arise.
