Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician at EDEN, you will encounter a variety of daily responsibilities that contribute to the seamless operation of our facilities. Your typical day will involve:
- Conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, ensuring that all areas meet safety and quality standards.
- Collaborating closely with team members and communicating regularly with staff to address any maintenance requests promptly.
- Responding to urgent maintenance needs as part of an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Trade and/or technical school training paired with at least 2 years of relevant work experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic, or 3 years of relevant maintenance technician or mechanic work experience.
- An adequate set of tools to perform daily job tasks.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and perform daily repairs to maintain and upkeep company facilities.
- Strong communication skills to address maintenance-related work orders efficiently.
- Valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less.
- Operable vehicle and proof of insurance.
- Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation.

Schedule
Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, allowing for a work-life balance, but you will also be on-call to respond to urgent maintenance needs as they arise.
